Alfredo Mejia is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with! I bought my leased Honda from Honda world Westminster and I will never go back! They lie to you. When coming to Hardin, I’ve always been treated with the up most respect and I love that they don’t try and upsell on an issue with the vehicle that they think needs to be replaced. I’m coming back to Hardin to turn in my lease hopefully by October and I know who I’ll be asking for! Great job Alfredo 5 stars! :)

I experienced bad customer service. I waited in my car for 5-10 before getting help and I was the only vehicle waiting for assistance. I also did my due diligence by making an appointment and didnt even get a car wash even though I was informed i was when i made the appointment. When I paid my advisor didnt came and talk about my vehicle or told any other information about my vehicle. This was the worst experience I had in Honda Hardin.

No direct issue with the service rep that checked me in, however the time promised was 2 hours and it wasn’t done until after 2.5 hours. Would have at least appreciated an update to let me know they weren’t going to be finished on time...especially since they knew I was waiting in the lobby, this was a recall appointment and therefore not something that I asked to have happen.
