Got the run around after I made a reservation with Paul. Was told they could not do all my work. Was told to pick up car but never told parts were ordered. Was told instead to go over to Express Service only for them to send me back to service. No one knows what they are doing except to shove the car in and get it out....even if the cars interior is rattling or seats are coming apart etc. Too much chaos at Hardin. Too much confusion and no one knows what to do.

Vehicle not fixed yet, so I can't give a review yet. So far I was told cylinder #1 had non OEM spark plug and coil, so I purchased OEM plug and coil and when I went to replace it, the old coil and plug were OEM. So I feel like I was taken for $150 already. Not very happy

I leased a brand new Accord. In the 1st 2 weeks, I had to bring it back 3 times. When they couldn’t fix it by the 3rd time, I was told I’d have to leave it there and they they would call me a Lyft!!!! I asked for a loaner, but was told “no” because there was no safety issue. This is a 30k car with 50 miles on it! you can’t fix it and can’t give me a loaner??? I then spoke to Omar, and pitched quite a fit about it. From there Omar was very accommodating. He was professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. He also managed to figure out the problem with the car. I would highly recommend Omar, but the rest of the staff I dealt with were terrible
