1. I specifically asked for NO 100,000 mile maintenance at this time. I asked for the basic services package and spark plug replacement. I was charged for valve replacement as well. It was explained to me that those two come as a package, but I did NOT CONSENT to a package, just spark plugs. I also NEVER signed a waiver for valves. I gave verbal consent for SPARK PLUGS ONLY.
2. I did receive a reimbursement but only after my father called your service center. The staff did not listen to my reasoning as a woman at the time of service. It’s 2018, this sort of behavior is concerning. I would urge you to promote a culture of transparency at your center, but you obviously make more money ripping people off by being unclear and signing customers up for “packages” instead of doing what they asked. Shame on you and your employees.
3. I was told I received an email invoice of services, but I did not.
4. Whoever was working as cashier the morning of 1/7 was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I called to check on the status of my car, she told me it was ready, then when I arrived at the location she said the car was not ready. When I told her that she had told me it was ready on the phone, she Reacted very much like an adolescent having an argument with her mother, and told me “she had not said that.” Due to her error, I wasted my time, as well as a friends time. In addition, instead of listening to what I had to say about the matter, she said “well what I said was...”. These actions were incredibly unprofessional and severely decreased the experience I had at your service center.

Anyone I’ve come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. I love the fact you provide shuttles for your costumers. Thank you! Byron assisted me last time and had exceptional customer service handling my circumstances. He had me in and out in 5 minutes. This time I knew I was in good hands when I requested his assistance with my car again and he was available immediately. To my delight, my car was serviced and ready earlier than planned and again this was another comfortable process. He made sure my child’s car seat was readily accessible for my transition to the shuttle.
