I appreciate the fact that the service department said they performed the work needed to address SB 11-038 regarding our 2012 Odyssey and the noise associated with the front struts. I don’t appreciate them not telling me that they worked on a recall on the second row seats. I lost the basic function of having the ability to slide my outboard second row seats inward and outward.....a contributing factor to why we purchased the minivan in the first place. I now have to pick up the seat to move it a few inches. This recall should have been resolved by educating customers instead of forcing everyone else to lose what once was an attractive feature of the vehicle.

A simple oil change should not take 2 hrs . And cost $52. When you can go down the street and get in and out in 20 min for 1/2 the price .
