Rudy provided great customer service: was responsive, walked me to the cashiers’ area, reviewed the areas they checked and explained the charge for rotating the tires. My one complaint with Honda is I feel you ‘nickel and dime’ us over things that should be included. Eg, the tire rotation is included with maintenance service at Toyota and ALL service is included in the first 2 yrs or 25,000 miles, not every other like Honda!

The wrap on my gear shifter seems to have been pulled up a bit. Also my steering wheel is still not centered. I don't expect anything to be done about it, so I just chalked it up as a loss.
