Byron did a wonderful job. He delivered as promised. However when he transferred me to someone to get a ride back to the dealer, that person did not ensure that the shuttle driver for my pickup info or that I was ion the list for pickup. Instead I had to wait an hour and call to find out that my info was never given to the shuttle driver. The cashier I contacted the second time got my info but after waiting another hour (2 hours total), I called back to cancel my ride and pay for a lyft. I had to be back by 4pm for an appt. This is the second time that I've been to your shop where Service was great but the Cashier people did not follow through.
