My car didn’t even get a car wash; I wasn’t even asked. Service representative didn’t even call to let me know my car was ready to pickup. I actually sent a text message and then with a reply I was told is was ready. I wasn’t even contact by anyone from the service department in case I had any questions. I felt I received this type of service since I didn’t pay for a service I was not given great customer service as if I would have paid for services to my vehicle. I am usually happy with the service provide, but today was bad customer service.

The service rep. was good attitude for me.
But, per my personal understanding consistently, Hardin Honda is not good for me in several reasons.
First, service time
When I dropped off my car to fix the recall and oil change, he said it will be whole day. Freeway Honda had one hour and 30 min for fixing “Emission System Problem”.
Second, oil change service
Hardin Honda should upgrade the customer service for sharing the service information. When I contracted, the financial Dept. pushed me to sell the oil change service. That’s why I pay $12.00(I can’t remember the exact amount) more in my payment. The rep said he can’t find anything in his system I bought and paid the service. He only said you should ask the financial Dept. He did not know why?
Third, shuttle service
Hardin Honda only provides one way service in 10 mile.
Honda made a problem and then I dropped off my car with two times and each half day. So I wasted my time and cancelled my meeting. Then I was hanging around the dealer. Compare Toyota? They have provided around service as well.
Fourth, regret
I think today again. Why did I buy Hardin Honda?
Everting in the dealer seems not good for me. It’s not satisfied.
Finally, my service contract
Would you mind can you please confirm me the service contract?
I am paying sudden amount every month without any service if the service rep is true.

The fluids were not checked. I was told that all the fluids on the car were checked and topped out, steering wheel fluid was very low and making noise. I had to buy steering wheel fluid and fill it up my self.
