I’ve been to Honda with 2 different cars and service has been horrible to the point where I’m considering to take my cars some where else. today I went in since I live close by and service was very different about time, I don’t ask for much but be polite, and don’t have me wait while ur having a personal conversation with someone else and customers are waiting and making us feel we are an inconvenience.
