Ken went above and beyond as my service agent when I needed safety recalls taken care of asap, Ken made sure it was all scheduled and completed even with my complicated work schedule! His customer service was outstanding from beginning to end!

I bought my vehicle from gosch about a month ago and ive already been in twice to get it fixed. First time was cosmetic issues second time was because the engine light turned on, traction light, pulling to the right, brakes squeaking, and noise coming from the vehicle. Although the people at gosch were helpful when I asked if they could just check everything since we've been having a lot of issues with the car already they declined. I was with out my car all day long and they had to keep it overnight. I was not offered a rental but they did fix some of the problems.

Thank you for replacing a faulty part in the original transmission that was in my 2012 Fiesta at your expense. I had to wait 12 weeks for the new part to come in and a little over 2 days to install it. This was not the first time I brought it in for the same problem. Obviously other people have the same problem.I was pleased to have a ride home and picked up from the dealer.

When I picked up the car and drove down the street, there was a thumping noise from the area of the right front wheel. I took the car back and mentioned the noise to the service advisor, who took the car to the work area. A few minutes later he brought the car back to me and explained that the wheel nuts had not been tightened after the tires were rotated. That could have resulted in a serious accident.
