I find it incomprehensible that anyone would disregard the safety of my family to save a dollar. Reminds me of the exploding Pinto fiasco of years past.

Overall it was a great appointment. However, the F-150 we sent in for service has an after market K&N engine air filter installed. It also has a sticker on the filter cover warning the technician not to discard the filter. My wife brought the vehicle in, and they sold her a needless replacement engine air filter. I will be contacting the dealer to get a refund and return the air filter I was needlessly sold.

The service was fine however I thought that when you got a service done your car or truck would be washed mine was not. I also asked my service tech to check on my alarm system that needed to be installed I never heard back from him. Overall the service was fine just would have liked to have my truck washed

I've been a long time customer of Gosch Ford. When I moved to Oceanside, I tried North County Ford and they seemed good at first...and then. I had a problem that they were able to diagnose, but were unable to fix. So, they charged me 400 and sent me on my way. No repairs. Since then I am even more committed to returning to Gosch Ford for all my service needs.
