The technician dropped a piece of a part down into the blower motor for the fan for the heater/air conditioner. It made a terrible racket blowing. My husband took apart the glove box and took the cabin filter out and looked at the fan motor with a mirror and found the piece and picked it out. After that I was satisfied.
