Javier literally came to my rescue! Fortunately, the problem with my car was the battery which was replaced in record time, as I did not have an appointment but had spoken to Javier on Friday and then, again, today, Saturday. Javier was reassuring, understanding and kept me informed as to what was being done with my car. He made me feel very welcomed and that he appreciated my bringing the cr to Gosch Toyota for repairs......which wifi now be the only place I take my Toyota Camry from YHIS day forward!!!
