Customer service was great as always, however for both my 5k mile and 10k mile maintenance my car was pulled up and had dirt on the step side inside of the vehicle and on the 5k mile check up I even had a boot print on the interior of the driver side door. Would just like the mechanics to be a little more cautious with their boots. Also I have to go back in because my car is still displaying that maintenance is still required so I need that reset.
