I had called ahead of time where Service agent wasn't prompt about calling back, in fact it took two days and then we ended up playing phone tag. So I just showed up AFTER calling Temecula and Gosch Toyota asking specifically for a price on the service needed. I had already got all of it checked by a Toyota specialist and knew exactly what the issue was and what it would cost for parts and labor so I checked that at both local Toyotas (Temecula quoted 1580 and Gosch 1459 (approx) so I came to Gosch) I paid the 115 to have it again checked knowing it would go onto the service that I wanted done for the price quoted from another agent there - then it took a long time to find out they bumped same service up to $2400! Not cool. I was prepared to pay what was quoted within a few bucks so he then tells me he can do it for 1900 - again why would I do that I have two other quotes 1290 and 1580 for the exact repairs. Gosch did NOT keep to their quote and I will NEVER trust them to do work on any of my three Toyotas again. If I can't trust my repair folks, then I don't do business with them AND for sure wouldn't buy a new Toyota from them either. I don't like bate and switch pricing and I had brought up to other services I was interested in my car in which he did not handle or quote as he said he would. NOT happy with Gosch - no wonder they have such a bad YELP rating.

Ruben was very helpful... After leaving I read my paper work to find out that AAA customers are given 10% discount. I called to ask for this after reading the 4 pages off paper work and was told I couldn't have it. I would have to wait until next time. Unfortunately I'm moving out of state. This was an unexpected repair at an unfortunate time... Just don't understand why I want notified of this discount... ?
