Your service didn't solve my problem. It's on going issue which you guys can't fix. I called 5 times today to talk to Anthonny schemp it seems he didn't want to face me. So he told person it was a woman to tell me we can't do anything about the problem . That's not the way you talk to customers . I am not happy how you people talk to me over the phone. Especially Anthony who refused to talk to me over the phone. If you are service manager than you should talk to customer. I left Anthonny several messages he still didn't call me back. If you guys can't help me tell me you can't help. Don't give me run around.
