had my car dropped off in a tow truck spoke to Kristen and asked make sure my car is fully serviced due to an incident that happened previously with my other car I sent to this location for a service in which I broke down a mile away from the shop and had to get it towed back to this specific Toyota of Hemet no I asked my tow driver. Can you check? Level make sure everything is good and the oil looks good. He checked the oil. He said your coolant is still not topped off so I asked to hey can you let Kristen know if we can top off the oil she proceeded to let the tow driver know that I was a crazy person because coolant goes up when vehicle goes on tow driver said the vehicle has been running for a while now while I was getting the tow truck ready and the coolant level has not rise past the minimum level in which it was a bit below and she still said he’s just a crazy person and has not answered any of my phone calls and she she is not a person I would like to deal with customer service ever again at this Toyota and I would like a callback from the manager .

I was using the $99.95 coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. No where on my receipt it says tires were rotated. I was sent a list of “recommended” service and one was brake fluid flush that I had done less than 10k miles ago so I’m gonna say that it wasn’t even checked because if they would have they would have seen it’s been flushed
