As I have already relayed to Jason I had to spend half my saturday afternoon after I picked up my truck cleaning the power steering fluid off of the right underside of my tacoma after the warranty work was completed it was absolutely everywhere.I was told I could bring it in monday when I have to go to work to pay for my truck and was told at 2:00pm that because of the gosch closing and re opening on monday everyone had gone home for the day and no one was available to clean the mess up that should have been caught before I picked up my truck of which the technician apparently told Jason it had been de-greased which obviously it had not been. This has honestly been the most unsatisfied I have been with Gosch/Toyota of Hemet in 25 years. I don't go to any other toyota dealer for sales or service including my daughters Rav-4. But this service cannot be the norm from now on.

To start off I was fully serviced and taking care of but it was a headache, first of all I had an appointment scheduled for 17th of may at 3pm and when I showed up I was told that I didn’t have the appointment at that time and that it was at 1pm not 3pm even tho I had the notification telling me that my appointment was for 3pm, they also told me that they didn’t have the tire in that was supposed to be replaced even tho I was told 4 days prior when I first scheduled the appointment that tire was ordered that day and that It was for sure going to be there by the time of my appointment, finally when I got someone hire up too look the fact that I did indeed have that appointment I was taken care of but this was a headache
