I was very satisfied with Valerie. She scheduled my 5,000 mile appt for 6 months and told me to call if I needed it sooner. I did need to change it so I called her to reschedule. I got the text and when I showed up for the appointment, I was not on the schedule that the lady out front had. I was checked in and waited patiently for 2 hours. I did not think the 5,000 mile check should take 2 hours since I had an appointment. It didn’t, it took 3 hours and I had to ask twice why it was taking so long. I feel like I was treated like a walk in. I choose to come back to Heme, I live in Temecula, because the sales team was great. I will not be returning for any more services on my RAV4.
