Was promised 10:30am for work to be done. There was unexpected delays and Raymond notified via voicemail that it won't be ready until 3:30pm. This was understandable.
However, I left a voice mail to Raymond that I would need a courtesy vehicle to accommodate for the time being. Raymond did not respond to my phone calls. I was forced to uber to work, racking up unnecessary expense.

Was advised by my seevice advisor that my car has been done and ready fir pick up. Went directly to cashier to get my car. It was 5:50 pm. Hieever i was told bu the cashier that my paperworks is not with them yet. She even asked me to spell the last name so many times. she can't find and even ask me to go to my service advisor to get the paperworks. Customers should not be asked to do so . she should call the service advisor by herself. I did not complan and immediately went to my service advisor and was told that he already gave the paperworks to the cashier. Without hesitaation he went eith me the cashier and foind out that the oeoarworks is with her
