I did not make reservations the first day so my car can't be serviced. Chris helped me to make reservations for the next day. Once I got there, he got everything ready. He notify me throughout the day to let me know the progress. He did a good job.

Your techician who did my car ****!!!! My break pad are needed to be replce and did not even recommend to replace them!You guys even inspected the breaks as Ckint Santiago mentioned that the break are still good,! Break pads are totally wears off, heating the metal of the break disc to the metal that holding thise pads!!!i hipe your management will really pay attention to your technician, people or your customers put their trust of their cars in you, we are very very disappointed that this happened, the only reason we always bring our car to toyota for service is give us peace of mind that our car are being taking care off! But i am so wrong neber put our trust on your work anymore!
