It takes much too long to complete such a simple service. Based on experiences with other dealerships and service centers it should take less than one hour. I would also like my vehicle washed. The concessions are too limited: I would like to see additional beverage choice e.g. tea, chocolate, etc. my customer service rep did well with check in and out, but the overall experience was very poor due to bad use of my time by the management.
