Picking up the car was a frustrating experience. I waited 10 minutes to return my rental as the service representative was busy on the phone. Once I turned in my paperwork, I waited in the showroom for the car. It was dark and cold and I didn't want to wait outside. I waited for another 10 minutes and only to discover my car was outside but no one bothered to tell me. Overall, this is below my expectation.
