Be a bit more friendlier. Think of a way to not scuff/scratch my wheels when removing lug nuts. Every 6 months that I come in for rotation my wheels are being sacrificed. I noticed more scratches around lug nuts after my visit today. Also, put my carpet floor cover back after the job is done.
