The service person should be a good listener, & should first hear out what the customer has to say, rather than cut him off before he is finished & try to push their thinking on the customer, with the intent of making some money for Piercey, whether the customer wants to spend that much money or not. Not thinking of customers well being first, being sympathetic towards them.
