Cuong Dang provided excellent customer service! He was professional, attentive, he followed up with information and updates. He even facilitated a face time call so the technician could show me the problem and further explain and answer questions. CD also provided updates on the days he was not working, as he knew I was worried. The day we picked up the car, he was there and again facilitated a face to face with the technitian for last clarification on questions. So his help was above and beyond! The most important part-the car problem was fixed!! The technitian did excellent job (it was a significant problem and they found the solution). I am a very happy Toyota customer!
