Raymond, explain what was going on with my car and He seemed to know exactly what was causing my dask board to be blank r not start. He knew what part needed to be order. I have had the same problem many times and have taken my car in before but the problem was never solved and the people at Toyota couldn't help me because at the time I take it in the car would running and they told me to take a picture of my dash board (which would be blank ) are my car would not start. I was told when dropping off my car that my car would be ready well before 2, but when I called at after 2pm, I was told that I would receive a call in 5 minutes. I called 10 minutes later and the person told me I could come get my car. It would have been helpful to receive more proactive communication.
