Hong Ly was fantastic in the service provided. What was to be a 4 hr. job to correct 2 recall items and to do the oil change took only 2.5 hrs. instead. I have never received a survey from Toyota about the service I received. But I am not on any social media because we don't believe in the lack of privacy in social media.
I should note that there are Toyota service dept. closer to where I live, but I've been so happy with the service I get at Piercey Toyota, from Hong Ly, that I choose to continue coming here for my servicing.
