Service advisor was professional although initial vehicle problem was not resolved. I came in claiming my vehicle pulled to the right after alignment service performed by Piercey Toyota couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Technicians determined there was bad alignment due to transport of vehicle. I received the vehicle back with the steering wheel offset to the right. I brought the vehicle back for a second look and received the vehicle back with the steering wheel off centered to the left. Will have to return hopefully for the last time. The vehicle has never been in a accident there is no reason for the steering wheel to be ofcentered.
