although the Service Department was so busy to work on so many vehicles, but they still work very hard, and doing a job well done on my vehicle. I am really surprised their working attitude maintained so good. I am completely satisfied with this repair. I drive my repaired vehicle home, I am very surprised and feel my repaired vehicle engine is running so smoothly. I told my wife that trying to feel the running engine to feel that before and after the repaired to see any different.

We scheduled an appointment and had to wait with my car for 20 minutes in heat. Asked for the 25 thousand check up plus check the alignment . Picked up the car today and no mention of the alignment in the report . Was it checked ? We were told that we would be informed either way and no mention .

Hong Ly is very nice be around and came to tell me the technician assigned to my Avalon said the brake fluid needed replacing because of contamination. I said please ask him to do the work. I also noticed that the technician filmed the inspections he performed. I think you all deserve high marks for consistent high quality work, and for your comfortable waiting area!
