He made sure I have all my service done in a timely manner. He provided me a report and explain what was serviced. He also offered me to schedule my next appointment. Overall, I am happy with his service, he did a great job!

Toyota always give a great service, and your waiting area is always tidy, with coffee and snacks (donuts today). Walter was very polite and welcoming, updated me on the status of the job, and explained the problem with my brake pads and what should be done. He gave me the WiFi so I could work too. Overall the general maintenance check and new brake pads + rotors took around 4 hours which I was expecting

Was very pleased with the service and professionalism and flexibility of Piercey Toyota and Hong Ly. I had to reschedule from an early morning appointment due to a medical emergency in the morning . I was very please with how quick and easy setting up the service appointment was. Not very satisfied with my service advisor. I've had 1000+ issues with this car and this was no different but as soon as I declined the services she suggested even before the tech saw the vehicle she seemed to had shut down and not care about my concerns anymore. On top of that to pick up the vehicle I tried to schedule a pick up through the app which it did not work so I called Hong and she said she was going to schedule for me. 1 hour+ after I called an uber and got there myself. Not very satisfied and double guessing if I should continue getting my car service here.
