Viet Bach was very friendly and professional. I’ve been getting my car serviced by Piercy Toyota for the past 16 years. Viet was the first service rep who explained what type of oil my car uses. He went through all the paper work and even showed me what my tire level was using a prop of tire thread.

Clint Santaigo my service advisor was the worst advisor I have ever meet. I would highly not recommend you take your vehicle to him. He was very rude unprofessional and a dishonest individual who cannot be trusted at all. I highly suggest that management reads this and fix this bad employee because it makes upper management look bad and the company. Do not take your vehicle to him.

For oil change also they didn’t accept the coupon saying it is not for synthetic oils tough coupon says full synthetic with additional charge but they didn’t accept the coupon and charge was 69.95 little expensive
