Waited quite a while for my truck to be completed. After some time, I contacted the service advisor who checked and the truck was ready to go. After I arrived at home, I received a text saying my truck was now ready and I could pick it up. A little more attention is needed keeping the customer informed.

Completely pleasant and professional. I’ve always had a great experience with this gentleman and with his knowledge of multiple languages, 4 or 5 I think, I’m surprised he’s not in management. He’s got talent for much higher positions, I know this for a fact. He’s great with people, even when he was helping a older lady, he kneeled down to speak with her with kindness. He’s got everything to move up and will be a huge asset for the company.
