I was disappointed with my service at Piercey Toyota. During my service appointment, the service tech did not do a complete job. As soon as I picked up my car, my tire pressure light went off. I had to come back a second day where it was discovered my tire pressure was never checked. This is a huge safety concern that it was not checked during my scheduled appointment. It took me a few hours the next day to get in touch with someone in the service department. Once I did get through, Brady was very rude and short. His tone was accusatory when the fault was on the dealership; they did not do a complete check. I felt rushed and dismissed throughout the process.
