Hong was great to work with.
When we found out I couldn’t get a shuttle since I live out of the shuttle radius, Hong arranged to have my car looked at ASAP to reduce my wait time, which I greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience working with Hong and felt like she did a great job.
