In addition, I appreciate the Multi-Point Inspection video that was conducted by your technician. He was very informative and concise when describing the inspection—I was very impressed/surprised that a Multi-Inspection Video is provided! I feel that the video is an extremely helpful tool for owners to understand which areas of their vehicles need servicing and repairs. Please keep this feature!

Miguel was great., I scheduled an appointment for my 70000 mile service a week in advance. Bought my 2016 Tacoma at Piercey. Arrived for my appointment and waited 2. 5 hours to find that they were behind in their schedule. They were not sure when they could start on my truck. I waited 2.5 hours to hear this news. I am a patient person but communication is appreciated. Should I look elsewhere for service. I do understand the circumstances but communication is key. Sincerely Ruben.
