They quoted me lower price $100, less, but i drove to Milpitas, because by the way you are answering the phone (no wait and no leave message,..), the way Miguel followed up, even giving his personal mobile, i could see that my engine will be treated the same way. 100% satisfied.
Obviously Piercy has good management and the place is managed well.

Generally speaking, I have always received good service. This time, Piercey Toyota did NOT meet their usual level of service. I made an appointment, for a minor warranty repair. Dropped my vehicle off and was told that no one would even look at it for a couple of days. What was the point of having an appointment? I was without my car for 5 days and was never offered a loaner car. I understand these are difficult times but customer service could have been improved. Additionally, my vehicle received routine maintenance, which I was of the understanding that all vehicle fluids would be topped off. After picking up my vehicle I attempted to use my windshield wash and found it completely empty. As I said, I normally receive excellent service but this time it was well below expectations.
