I made an appointment for the service and had indicated what I needed to be done 1 day before. Came to my appointment 10 minutes befire, but waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be checked in. Mike Tran said 2 hours wait. I waited 2 hours without any update, but when I went to see Mike Tran, he asked if I wanted to do the alignment next time because they couldn't do the service waiting for a "technician". 2 hours of waiting and the work on my car was not even started yet.Mike Tran did not seem bothered that he made me wait 2 hours without uodate and nothing done on my car. it looked like he thought it is ok to waste my time. He did not even bothered to apologize nor call someone to check what was going on. It seemed like he likes to prioritize people he knows. He should not be in that business. Somebody else helped me get my car serviced and Mike Tran looked like he did not care even after that.
