Really bad , rip off , unresponsive works. I square our families and all our relatives never buy Toyota again and never trust dealer work again. Manager is not responsible for any thing and don’t know how to manage and solve a problem. This kind of manager will sink the company not to bring the trust to company. I feel bad for Toyota brand because they don’t see what branch manager doing. Sad very sad my ever Toyota brand gone too far dip

Long story. on Saturday I was told by Service Dept that they were closing in 10 minutes and if I wanted my car I’d had to pick up by 4:30 or else car would not be available until Tuesday at 8 am! Staff very unhelpful. Did not offer any solutions. I asked if Sales was working on Sunday? Yes but they can’t help you ... no cashier on duty. Oh well see you on Tuesday!!
On Sunday I s/ w staff probably a call center and they could not help me either. Service is closed until Tuesday! So sorry but Service Dept is closed and no cashier on duty....wait until Tuesday I asked for the # of Sales and called. Again so sorry but Service Dept is closed until Tuesday. After insisting I needed my car I was transferred to Sales Manager Ed
The Sales Manager Ed was superb and helped me get my car! Appreciate Ed very much for figuring out a solution and taking the time to help me
