Diana Gonzalez was great. She was fast friendly and courteous. I had to select what I wanted to be repaired at this time for only one person in my family is working. Thank you.
However, I drop my car off on Sunday night and was going to drop my key into the night box. The night drop box was not locked. I took the key with me home and dropped it off the next morning. Minor setback.
Every other aspect of Service at Piercey Toyota was great.

With no appointment, Jazz saw me waiting and came out asked if I needed help. I told him I needed a 20,000 mile service and a recall item to be taken care of.
With in minutes he wrote up all my needs and I left the dealership. Fours hours later my vehicle was ready.

I would not recommend your shop. I asked for 4 things to be done nrw battery, star smog, tire rotation and oil change. I am at fault because I didnt realize some were not in the quote, I was given. The bill of 646 was over the quote and only got the battery other things not done. Less than a week later I had warning messages on my car for tire rotation and oil change and needed the smog still. I went to another shop and got those items handled. Costing more money. I dont even know if the services performed wee actually done or even necessary.

When I bought my new tires from Toyota Piercey. They told me a lifetime warranty. What they didn’t disclose was that I still have to pay a percentage of the fee throughout each year if I needed to get my tire fix. First year is just tax, second year is like half the price plus tax of the new tire. Then so on the charge increases. I felt lied too. Warranty should mean free fix if something were to happen to the tires... if that’s not true then it should have been told to the customer.
The entire appointment took longer than usual-3.5hrs instead of 2 hrs like usual. Changing tires should have just taken less than 20mins... I wished the person that made the appointment for me also disclose the situation. I didn’t mind but if I knew ahead, I wouldn’t be so annoy. Full disclosure Toyota Piercey. Customers just want honesty. Get your integrity right. Going forward, I’ll probably stop by service at Toyota Piercey.
