Mike Tran helped me with my oil change. When I came to pick up my car I asked another service guy about information on a Highlander and he said “I don’t sell cars I only do service. I understand he was the service guy, but I thought he would be a little more helpful, no a lot nicer since I was very interested in looking to buy a new car. I was very disappointed ?? and I probably won’t be coming back there to buy a car.

Horrible. Brady should not be in service business. He is crude, rude, milks customer, unethical, dishonest, deceptive, unfriendly, no courtesy, untrustworthy, you name it. I wanted to meet Ken Johnson but he was not in the office. Left him a message.
I am angry, and frustrated with him. You rip customers every chance you get. This is my 2nd experience. It is clear, you do not want us there.
