Issue persisted right after pick up from Honda service. Need to bring back for servicing again to fix issue.

I will be coming back because Ulises provided excellent customer service; however, i do want to add that as i walked in Ulises was on the phone and there were three other employees and they failed to acknowledge me until Ulises took a second to say, i will be right with you. The other three employees could have said that they would be right with me and it could have been a different experience.
