I believe this is referring to a recent repair made to my windshield. The repair looks better but you can still see where the damage was.

I’d have to say it was not a good experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership and as soon as I bought it I noticed water slushing around in the roof of the car. The sales person acknowledged and said the would take care of it. It’s been two weeks and there is very little communication with your dealership and me the buyer. I have no idea when I will get the car back! It’s been at the Toyota dealership for over a week and repairs were hauled do to expense. Usually when you buy a pre owned car from a legitimate dealership it should be inspected and serviced. I’m not sure what’s going on here.. at this point I’d rather get a refund instead of not knowing when I will get the vehicle back .
