I've had a speaker issue since I bought the car.I'm told they don't hear the issue, but they've never offered to pull the panel and see what's going on in the door. Given the chance I would have approved, then pulling it
I just feel if it's not a drivability issue, they're not interested in fixing it

I didn't get charged like I was told I would for the inside to be cleaned so I'm not really one to complain but there was still a lot of cleanable spots on the seats a in general spots kinda everywhere were just over looked and I also dont see why customers cant get a lender ride for the auto buttler though I pay for the option to always have a lender whenever you guys are doing a service to my car and last I checked it was still a service done
