I WANT TO bring to your attention that the last time I was in with my vehicle I was told by the mechanics I needed a new battery. When I got home I told my husband we looked at the battery and you could see the water was low in the battery. I'm sad that the mechanics don't think outside the box and just noted low battery needs replaced. The battery has a visual to the water cylinders and they could have easily looked at that and notice it was low and maybe replaced it with some distilled water. Instead of trying to sell me a new battery. Anyway other than that I enjoy Michael Holh Subaru and I do put my trust in your mechanic so I hope you can bring this to their attention and maybe they can think outside the box. Because I did have another situation with Michael Hall Honda and because the mechanics only rely on the computer generated report of what's going on they don't think outside the box and deal with the car from a point of reality. Anyway that's my feedback.

They were unable to duplicate my issue of my radio changing channels on its own. They said I could bring it in while it was happening but other than that they can’t help me. The channel changing happens intermittently and I would have to stop what I’m doing to drive to the dealership in the hopes the radio will still be changing the channels on its own by the time I get there. Why would I take time out of my very busy schedule to even bring it in to them if there wasn’t an issue I would like to have fixed. I have a bumper to bumper warranty for this very reason.
They also suggested I video the radio changing channels on its own. So I should be videoing my radio while I’m driving?? That is dangerously stupid to do. I am extremely unhappy with this situation! I do a lot of driving and the radio is essentially for it to stay on the channel I want.
