Chris was pleasant, professional and efficient as always. He immediately acknowledged us when we dropped off the car and when we returned to pick it up, although each time he was with a customer. I observed him go out of his way to tell another customer that he would be with them as soon as he was done assisting us. It was not clearly stated where we were supposed to go once someone took our keys so we waited in the lobby. Luckily a service technician saw us to let us know we were supposed to wait along the windows. We wasted 30 minutes in lobby while we assumed they took our car back for service. Extremely frustrating. The guy who took our car originally pulled it forward about 20 feet and then went back to his phone. His was too busy on his cell phone to make the connection and wonder why the car was still sitting there.

I was happy at the beginning because Celso was able to squeeze me in for my oil change. I got the wrong date.
At the end when I had to pay I had a 79.95 coupon. I had to pay 89.95.
I left then I came back to his desk I asked him what was my total? He stated 134.00 then I said “134.00 - 79.99 is not 89.95.”Then he starting adding stuff that he didn’t charge me before because he didn’t know I had a coupon. I was very disappointed because he didn’t NOT honored the valid coupon, also why he had to add more stuff when I gave him the valid coupon. I will make a formal complaint or someone please get back to me. You guys have my phone number and email. Helen
