Glenda provided terrible service. Went in for The Works. When done she texted me the “report”. The report was empty. Showed no detail / measurements. She said that the tech said “all green”. I told her I would like the report. She went into shop and had mechanic fill out some info and re-sent the report. This type it had data but said that the brakes were 8 and 9 and green. I said - these brakes are original and at 77k miles, I am thinking they aren’t 8 and 9. She then came back and said - “they are on the border of green / yellow. I said - I would like the actual / real report. She huffed off and then all of a sudden had new info - yellow / 5 on brakes. This made more sense as the previous reading 3 month prior was less than the 8 fhat she was trying to report. Finally, I chose the full synthetic and she still gave me a sticker for 3000 mile interval. I always get a 5k interval with full synthetic. She said it was against Terry Ford policy to give sticker other than 3,000 mile. I will NEVER deal with Glenda again. Please have someone call me. ****-****-xxxx. Chris the service manager is great.

I had to call three times to make sure someone come to pick it up . You did the work and you’re saying there’s a problem with a valve gasket you’re telling me it’s $950 when it’s under warranty that’s a problem plus I asked you to work on my contact info on the phone that was on the Notes before, but no one did that.

Usually I am very satisfied with the service I get. This last service appt. The vehicle was brought in for recalls on bolt replacement on both front seats. The passenger seat was only bolted in half way, which left the seat to rock back and forth. When the tires were rotated (all 5 tires) the spare tire was never tightened onto the back of the vehicle. There was a lug nut missing on the spare tire also. The spare tire could have fallen off and could have caused an accident or killed someone. we found all this while driving the vehicle over the 4th of July holiday. We had to bring it back for a second time which is totally unacceptable.
