A stud broke duringa tire rotation. I was not told until 1 hour and 45 min. Waiting for a tire rotation and fluids check. The a chrome lugnut had to be used. Now I have to spend 1 1/2 hours driv8ng t9 go back and get a black lugnut. I also asked about my hood being crooked (brand new 2025 Rav4) this was not addressed at all. There is also no documentation on the inspection about the stud being broken.
