Every time I come in he tries to add services that have already been completed or are unrelated to the visit. Last time it was new tires because he didn’t see that I had replaced them in the system without actually looking at my tires (that were replaced at another shop less than 20,000 miles before that visit). This time was an induction service for the throttle-body that had already been completed. He said he didn’t see it in the computer but I asked him to look again and it was there.
