No, the guy that was sitting at the first computer when I entered the shop area to tell them I arrived for my appointment was not friendly, didn’t talk and seemed like a jerk. Acted like he didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t the Powell guy. I have been treated this way several times in my past maintenance visits. Cars were lined up in front of the shop area so I had to park my vehicle away from the shop entrance. This is my last visit to watermark.
