Recently brought my truck in for service ,Oil change and filter, air filter. Technician broke the connection to the Throttle Body Air Intake, I was told that dealership had to order a Replacement, then was notified replacement had came in so I took my truck back for the work to be done (80 plus miles round trip) then find out that they just glued the broke parts and used Zip Ties as well , Service Manager says “The new hose will be here in a few days and they would call” I’m still waiting!!! Not very professional and I am not very happy because this is another 80+ mile round-trip when it does come in!

You need to tell customer that the life time power train warranty isn’t just getting the oil change but everything the factory maintenance schedule recommends for you to do make sure you cross all the t’s and dot all the eyes or it’s no good and it’s up to you to make sure it gets done for I know it just cost me 4700.00 dollars cause I missed having my transmission serviced and installing a new fifter after 6 years of watermark servicing it and on time Thanks just a concerned customer

Jerry and I weren’t able to bring in the Avalon due to health issues. My sister and brother in law brought in our car for us. I was extremely impressed with the communication I received on my phone! The video and all the results about our car. It was truly awesome! My sister and brother in law were telling us how nice everyone was to them. Thank you for a great job today on our car. I’ll be driving a Toyota for the rest of my life! ????

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chase during my recent visit to Watermark Toyota. From the beginning, he was unhelpful and unfriendly. Each interaction seemed focused solely on informing me of the cost to diagnose the issue, rather than showing any genuine concern for resolving the problem with my vehicle. I brought in my 2018 Highlander, which I purchased new from this dealership and have maintained without issues until now. Recently, it lost power twice, leaving me in unsafe situations. I initially had an appointment scheduled, but Chase called to push it out a week. Wanting to be proactive, I jumped the battery and got my car to the dealership early, even though I had informed him that doing so would clear any diagnostic codes. Despite this, my vehicle was not properly evaluated. My appointment was set for Thursday, but Chase called me on Tuesday stating the car was fine—it started up with no warning lights. However, no one test drove the vehicle or hooked it up to a diagnostic tool. It was simply moved from one parking spot to another. When I expressed concern about being stranded again, Chase’s response was that if the vehicle died on their lot, it would be towed at my expense. It felt as though his only priority was to repeatedly emphasize the cost of diagnostics rather than listening to or addressing the real issue. I have an extended warranty, so I wasn’t concerned about costs—I just wanted my vehicle properly inspected and repaired so I could drive safely. Unfortunately, I picked up my vehicle Tuesday evening, and by Wednesday evening, it had died again. I had to have it towed to a different repair shop. I truly believe that had the dealership put in the effort to properly investigate the issue, I would not still be without a functioning vehicle. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of care, effort, and professionalism I received.

My appointment did not cross over from the app. But he worked me in and he fixed an issue that I did not even have requested an appointment for yet. Kenny Kent was going to make me jump through hoops to get my wheels fixed. But Chase ordered new ones and set me up an appointment to have them put on. I will continue to use water Mark over Kenny Kent!!
