I want to take a moment to recognize Brittney for her exceptional customer service. Regardless of the type of assistance or question I have, she consistently provides thorough answers, and if she's is unsure, she finds out the information for me. I've had my car for seven years, and the reason I continue to return is the trust I have in her. I have complete confidence in her when it comes to any service my car may need and will continue to come to have my car service for all future needs. If I were to give a grade, it would undoubtedly be an A+.

I went for a service, oil change. Then with Srinspection, they said the ac, throttle body, brake fluid, and alignment needed repair. I bought the car a month and a half ago, all service issues should have been taken care of prior purchasing the car so if there is an issue that should have been taken care of before selling the car. Ie, brake fluid change should have been changed at 20,000 miles. I bought car at 25,000+ should have already been done, I should have to 40,000 miles before changed.

I was surprised that no paper was placed on the floor of the car and that the car was not washed after service.. the service tag was left in the vehicle

So far so good! My only question is, since Hyundai put in a new motor why didn’t the mechanic reset the odometer to 000000.00 to track future maintenance on the new motor ?

I don't blame **** Smith Hyundai for not having the necessary parts to replace my Electric Oil Pump. I blame Hyundai USA/Hyundai Motor Corporation for the failure in scheduling recall repairs on several occasions without the knowledge/awareness of whether or not the dealer has the necessary parts to fix the issue. The dealers blame Hyundai USA/Motor Corporation and vice versa. I really do not care who is to blame. Just please fix my car and quit wasting my time.

I scheduled with someone via text & they forgot to put me on the schedule. They worked me in anyway which I guess was nice but at the same time they sort of had an obligation to do so. They failed to tell me I would be waiting TWO HOURS on my oil change. I would have rescheduled if I was told that. Then they send a text message stating if I have any questions to please communicate via text. So 45 minutes into waiting, I asked how much longer it would be & no one texted me back for 30 minutes. The gentleman at the desk was a nice guy & I'm sure there’s a reason everyone was behind. But my gosh, where’s the communication?? This was my last free oil change so Im not going back. Atrocious visit.
